The journal publishes original theoretical and applied articles on the chemical and physicochemical characteristics of solid fossil fuels (SFF) and solid fuels and carbon materials obtained from them, on promising areas of SFF processing to obtain valuable products - high-quality solid energy fuel, components of liquid motor fuels, humic fertilizers, etc., various organic compounds of interest for the synthesis of polymeric materials. Issues of the possible use of SFF components for obtaining building materials, aluminum compounds, etc. are covered.
